🪄All of our products are handknitted and some of them are ready to ship. You can send a message to ask if a product is ready to ship or made to order💫 All of our ready-to-ship products would be shipped in 1-2 business days while those which are made to order may take a while,since we’ll start knitting them as you order, specifically a few weeks depending on how busy we are.After we ship your item,we can’t make a specific time speculation of when it would arrive,but it wouldn’t be more than 10 days at max.
🪄 Please make sure to check the size chart available in our product pictures before purchasing, since we make our sizing exact to them. If you’re feeling unsure of which size to get, following your chest or pit to pit measurement to order would be the best way to go while also considering the fit you’d like! You could also reach out to us to get our opinion on which size to get!
🪄Regarding our products, customizing is always available and we can always make fitting adjustments to your liking as well as small design differences. And even though we mostly recommend and use cotton yarn in our pieces,if you request another material we can work on that as well,for the design you have in mind!
🪄We don’t take returns unless there’s a mistake made by us(which rarely ever happens) so we want to make sure our customers get the exact color and size they want! Please don’t shy away from being as specific as possible with the measurements and color you’d like to have,your happiness and satisfaction is always our number one priority!
🪄You could also choose express delivery,which would cost just a little extra, and no matter wherever you’re located in,your product would reach you 3 days or sooner, after we ship!

Washing Instructions🌸 🪄Our products are advised to be handwashed with lukewarm water. 🪄Our products are not suitable for being ironed,please steam only if it’s required. 🪄Please don’t ever put our garments in drying machine, letting them air dry should be the way to go! 🪄 While handwashing please make sure to not wash with very hot water,and instead of hanging them to airdry, laying them on a flat surface to airdry would be the best way!
